Pretty reasonable to access your rental unit 24/7. If you have issues with another tenant being bad to you the management will take care of it. Easy access in and reasonable tenants and staff to communicate with you.

If you have storage needs from a small space for a few extra things to a large RV. This is the place you want to go. The large units are heating and have a power panel. The bays have LED lighting which provides good light.
The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful.

I have been renting a unit from 2 & 17 Self Storage since 2016. I moved my things out today. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. Lisa is awesome, so friendly and always gave me great customer service! You cant beat their prices and location for a climate-controlled unit!

Have had to have a storage unit three times here locally over the past 10
years-
I found this one the second time and have never thought about going elsewhere since.
They keep the place very clean, have super friendly staff and very reasonable prices - plus the place is secure without any of the pointless security measures
Ive had to deal with elsewhere. Not one complaint!

What a great storage facility. Everyone who works here is a top notch performer. Lisa and her team are the best. Been here for about 3.5 years and I couldn't be any happier. If theres any service issues with ones unit, once notified it is resolved immediately. A+A+A+

Biggest storage facility in Fredericksburg offering traditional mini-storage, climate controlled storage and even heated units large enough for your boat or RV. The manager is very pleasant and helpful and there is no annoying gate to deal with like at other storage facilities.

I have had the opportunity in getting to know the manager, Lisa, for over 3 years now. I have had a storage with them for about that long. Over time I've had situations come about to where I needed extra time paying my rent, I've needed to park a vehicle there because my tags had expired, etc. thru it all EVERYONE especially LISA has been soo understanding each time. The facility is clean, the prices are reasonable... the entire experience I've had with dealing with 2 and 17 Storage has been GREAT! I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a SAFE, AFFORDABLE, FAMILY- FRIENDLY environment to store their personal belongings. LISA is always available and I love her to pieces!
