Perfect size for college storage. Great location, easy access, they have everything you may need. Karla is very friendly and very easy to work with. Website is easy to work with. Its great to drive 900 miles and not worry about the storage. This StorageMart has truly been a blessing for our family.

Just from talking to Carla the Mananger I knew I made the right decision. She was up front with prices , the cleanliness and security of the property and when I found out I would need a bigger unit she was more then happy to show the unit and make the upgrade as smooth and stress free .

So far everything is great. Office staff has been very friendly and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Our unit was very clean inside and out. It's an easy access for us to get the trailer in and out. The price of the unit is very fair as well compared to the others that we researched before coming here.

This is the first Google review I've done, and I had to post because my experience with Storagemart in Springfield has been outstanding, and as long as they're open, I'll never rent from another company. Their prices are competitive, the buildings are secure, their billing/payments are very easy to manage, and the staff is incredible. I've rented a unit twice from this location, both times for multiple years, and Karla--the manager--has gone above and beyond for me since I first called to inquire about renting. She's accommodated me on dates, prices, unit selections, and issues I've encountered every time without any hesitation. She's also gone completely out of her way to help me out in a pinch multiple times, always with a smile and a sense of humor. When the lock on my unit froze shut during winter, she met me at my unit after hours to cut the lock and replace it. When the electricity stopped working suddenly in my unit, she got me into a new--and bigger--unit within an hour. She's assisted me both on the phone and in person outside of business hours more times than I can count, and is one of the most exceptional people I've ever dealt with. I'd recommend Storagemart to anyone looking for a unit for any reason or length of time.

Couldn't ask for a better place to store my belongings... clean, neat, easy to get to and around and, best of all, secure.
The property is well maintained, by kind and helpful staff.

Great experience so far! Service is amazing and the prices are very competitive for the area. I actually passed several self storage companies driving there just because of all the positive reviews. Worth the drive!

The facility itself looked nice and the staff was friendly.

We are a flatbed trucking team and we got a unit to hold all of our headache rack equipment until we got our new truck. Ms. Carla and company went above and beyond to accommodate us and our bobtail tractor was easy in and easy out. Good clean climate control secure unit. Would recommend to anyone needing storage.

I needed a small storage unit for 2 weeks and fortunately found Karla Stevens at Storage Mart with a great deal. The unit was clean and dry and Karla was terrific to work with. My daughter is at college in town and will definitely call Karla if I need another unit in the future.

It is clean, but the website says 24hour access, like it's always avail but it's only at the managers discretion. Website is misleading.

Edit: I am editing my review because the items I stored here got massive water damage. The manager tried to say they had damage before I brought them to my unit. I laid down paper towels to show her that the unit was in fact leaking. Thankfully the company did reimburse me for my lost items but they had a much higher sentimental value then they gave me. Just be aware that some of the units leak and you may need to plan accordingly.

What a racket....was late coming back into town and was charged a 'lock out' fee of 50% the monthly rental fee. Not to mention they won't pro-rate if you leave before the end of the month. This little 5x10 space ended up costing me $210 for 28 days use.
Thanks for screwing me over. I will be very vocal in letting everyone know not to use this storage company.

She stereotype you, where you are or not she assumed she knows what kind of person you are. If your not dressed expensive enough or drive a new vehicle then your criminals and need to be watched. CNT get to your storage after 10 pm.

Terribly rude women at the front desk. Racial slurs and lies are all this company is. We got bedbugs from your units and you deny responsibility and continue to charge us even though thousands of dollars in personal possession had to be destroyed because of your lack of attention........ and the names you called that homeless women asking you for help, you should be ashamed. God knows

Karla S. had been the most sour individual Ive dealt with since working in a jail, and shes the property manager for a facility here in Springfield, MO. She doesnt deserve a place of power, even if she is a mere underling to the even sleazier individual(s) above her. F this place, sincerely and whole heartedly.
